The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is currently working to develop its ON-ROAD TRUCK & BUS REPLACEMENT regulation. This rule, which will be voted on in October 2008, will have a significant impact on YOUR BUSINESS.
In July, CARB has scheduled three workshops to discuss the method they plan to use in their economic and cost analysis of the regulation and their plans to update the emissions inventory they are working from in Fresno, El Monte, and Sacramento.
